Pupil Leadership Teams

At Park Primary School, our School Leadership Groups give pupils a voice and the opportunity to make a positive difference within our school and wider community. Each group focuses on an important area of school life, helping children to develop responsibility, confidence, and leadership skills.

Charity and Enrichment Group

The Charity and Enrichment Group works to support good causes and enhance school life through exciting opportunities and events. Pupils help to organise fundraising activities, support local and national charities, and plan enrichment experiences for their peers. Through this group, children learn about compassion, teamwork, and the importance of giving back to the community.

Anti-Bullying and Well-Being Group

The Anti-Bullying and Well-Being Group is dedicated to creating a safe, happy, and supportive school environment. Members promote kindness, respect, and inclusion throughout the school. The group uses the My Happy Mind programme to support positive mental health, emotional wellbeing, and resilience. Pupils act as role models, helping others to feel valued and confident.

Equity and Diversity Group

The Equity and Diversity Group celebrates what makes everyone unique. Guided by the principles of:

This group promotes respect and understanding regardless of skin colour, gender, intellect, talents, or age. Pupils work to ensure that everyone feels welcomed, represented, and respected within our school community.

Eco Warriors

Our Eco Warriors are passionate about protecting and saving our planet. Working as a team, they lead initiatives to reduce waste, recycle, save energy, and care for our environment. Through practical actions and awareness campaigns, they inspire others to make positive changes and develop a sense of responsibility for the world around them.

Together, our School Leadership Groups help to shape a caring, inclusive, and forward-thinking school community where every child has the opportunity to lead and make a difference.
